Topic: 2012 AFL Grand Final

Any Aussies going to be watching it? Any preference for a winner?

I'm thinking of signing up for AFL Live streaming - $10 lets me watch it over the net. I'm also thinking of showing it to some of my US friends, to show them what real football is.

The best thing about the AFL grand final is it means the cricket season is just around the corner

The reason why they wear padding is because they aren't stupid and want to be able to play longer, not make a high injury sport even more dangerous.. Also football has way more strategy involved than Aussie Rules Football..
