if you want crystal then just wait. it HAS to come out because it goes like this: fire red,leaf green and then emerald diamond,pearl and then platinum red,blue and then yellow

emerald was for ruby/sapphire. Firered and leafgreen never got a third one

but this is a remake and when they remade red and green they didnt have a 3rd one so it don't have to @lz2009 i was little so i didnt equally train my pokemon. only my starter If they made brainCrystal i would get it just for the name

I douby there is going to be third version for this game. FireRed/LeafGreen never had one either and those were also remakes.
Furthermore, many of the stuff if not everything that was new in Crystal like the sidestory involving the new character Eusine and the Battle Tower seems to be included in the remakes already.
Any word on if it will come with that accessory where you train Pokemon by walking with them? If so, I'd love to trade someone a VC game for it when it comes out. I'd really like that but don't want the actual game.
