Ok, you guys can see this is a random thread.

I'm definitely not getting this title.... but any females in the house (or fashion-eccentic fellas) gonna drop some dollars for this?

Oh come one we know you pre ordered it. Just kidding.

Noire

I feel I am a very stylish man woman person, so I'll definitely look into it.

Hahahaha...no.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Alison on Nintendo Week kind of made me want to get it. If I pre-order the game she does come with it, right?

No. Luckily, Spirit Tracks comes out not long after, so I'll be able to forget Nintendo's foray into girl game shovelware.

If it actually plays well, I'd be surprised. I'm sort of sad that boys can't be super into fashion too in this game though.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

If so, it actually plays really, really well. But I guess you're all too masculine to play a good game.

I'm already not THAT much into fashion. I like to look good; but it kind of ends right there. I don't get sucked into trends unless I actually LIKE them (I know. Strange concept. I can't believe shoulder pads are coming back from the '80's. Ugh.). So I just don't see how this will be something I will enjoy, especially since there doesn't seem to be any way to actually design your own clothes. It looks like you just pick out combinations from preset articles of clothing.

Like Token Girl said, Spirit Tracks is coming out!

However, I agree with WaltzElf that it doesn't look like shovelware to me. I thought so, at first; but then I saw the trailer.

It really looks like a wonderful game for people who like this kind of thing. It's quite indepth: designing a boutique and putting together clothes and even putting together ads for your shop. It really surprised me. I give it two thumbs up from what I can see.

It's not shovelware. I've played it and can promise you, it has all of Nintendo's charm.

As for the game theme - I'm not much into city planning in real life, but I enjoy Sim City. I would never build a zoo, toy shop or theme park, but I enjoy games with those themes. Hell, I'm too old to start a lemonaide stand now, but damn I enjoy lemonaide tycoon.

See what I'm getting at? You don't really need to be a fan of fashion to enjoy this game - it might help, but like all sim games, it's the mental puzzle that's entertaining, not the fashion itself.

in the runway thing will simon bellmont be a judge

This is ground control to major Tom, you've really made the grade. And the papers want to know whose shirts you wear
Now it's time to leave the capsule if you dare
