So there's a couple levels that require you to use a key to unlock a cage. The thing is, the keys in my game won't work for some reason. I'll type in key, put it in my hand, go over to the cage, tap "use", and the key simply dissapears. I don't get it. It worked on my friend's copy of Scribblenauts, so I'm starting to wonder if I'm just doing something horribly wrong or there's just some glitch in my game.
My game also freezes quite a bit, and it didn't come with one of those sheets that has the Club Nintendo registration code on it. Is there something wrong with my game?

About the Club Nintendo code: you only get one of those with Nintendo-published games. My copy froze once, but my DSi ran out of power 30 seconds later, so, yeah... Also, there have been little transparency issues (like some flashing black at the top of the screen, and rapidly disappearing and reappearing white flashes) with this and BIS. I don't know what's up.
Another problem of mine w. BIS is when using the Fire Flower, I push the button a few times, and then it stops for a few button presses. EDIT: Anyone know how to input numbers in Scribblenauts?

That's because your supposed to switch between Mario and Luigi, whoever has the bigger fireball at the time.

Yea, could figure THAT much out, it's when the fireballs are huge and I push the button a few times, it doesn't recoginize that I'm pushing the button. Thanks Odnetnin, but right after I posted that, I figured it out.... I wanted to try POST 217. What a disspointment.
Ok. You DO NOT need a key to unlock a cage. Just tap the cage and pick interact. If the cage is hanging though you must break the chain first.
Hope that helps.
Hehe wow I feel like a freakin' idiot. Thanks man.
And yeah guys, I'm using a DSi as well. Maybe we should report this...the whole freezing thing is kind of a bummer. It's happened to me three times so far.
