I vaguely remember this game from when I was younger, back when I had my very first ds. It was a ds game that I used to play and I remember playing as a dog, a dalmatian, I believe there were other types but I cant remember. Anyways, I played as a dalmatian and played as a rescue dog for a fire department and I had to as this dog go into a building and rescue trapped people. For the life of me I cannot remember anything else about the game and it has always bothered me because it was such a fun game. My family are collectors now and I have always wanted to refind this game for my collection but have been unable to find anything similar since I lost my copy years ago.
@Quickgamerfox Sounds like Paw Patrol to me since there is a dalmatian that dresses like a firefighter.
No clue if they ever made a DS game of that and I never really played it either. Just know it from the TV and my little siblings.
Hope I could help.
@Quickgamerfox
Did you still remember the cartridge color and what it looks like the cover ?
Also, did you still remember the publisher name as you saw from booting screen on NDS ?
I found the NDS game about rescuing other animals was from Petz Rescue series. Not sure if that game you are looking for.
I found a game called Discovery Kids: Puppy Playtime about raising dogs that says it has a game mode towards the end where your rescue dog can help out with lifeguards, police, and yes, the fire department. I'd say this is a good candidate.
@WoomyNNYes Surprising however many years after Paw Patrol, what I assume was its prime, that someone made a game.
Have some nephews who were probably in the age to watch that show in like 2013 or so. And the 2018 3DS game seemed to be the first. If the original THQ was still alive (especially if it was still in its shovelware days, not its last few years when it tried aiming a little more hardcore), they'd have probably put out something as fast as possible.
