Ok I only noticed this thread so sorry for jumping in late. Now to clear up some comments
1) Waltzelf has indeed seen the app (scared me there for a second 'til I recognised who it was ) I gave him a sneak preview during a recent interview. 2) We are going to be doing a full press release soon but are/were waiting for Nintendo to give the OK to our press release and also for the app to be in a more videoable state. 3) We would very much like the app to be 200 points 4) The app works as follows:
Take a picture (or choose one from your Nintendo DSi library). Write a note and/or make a doodle Add a stamp (over 20 unlockable stamps) Change the background (over 50 unlockable backgrounds) Save the postcard
Once you save the postcard you are taken to a viewer which lets you see all the postcards you have made. The postcards are saved to the internal Nintendo DSi photo library where you can: transfer it DSi to DSi, upload it to Facebook, transfer it to SD card and either print and post or email.
Unfortunately at this time we are not allowed to 1) save to or access the SD Card or 2) use Nintendo WiFi to transmit these images directly to each other. We asked and Nintendo said no.
We think it is a great little app which allows you to quickly make a memento of where you are and send it to friends and family, just like a real postcard. If you'd like to see some video check it out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yoc8xMK_xt0

Nintendo helps developers with press releases? Like do they write it for you, or do they just liek spell check, or give you suggestions on what to say?

When is myChat coming out ?Also you curse too much on your Twitter.
Souls are for the weak. I flow with the darkness on the pathway of depression.
Well, it looks pretty nice to me, even if it's something I'd rather not buy and use. Best of luck to you guys at Nnooo. Anyway, does this mean there is actually a "myChat", if only in Nnooo's plans?
I'm back with a shiny new 3DS, yay! FC: 5370-0428-9949 Walker is the best Animal Crossing character ever.
i may end up getting this, i have a weakness for this sort of things... Also, it would be nice to put some text in my photos before uploading them to facebook without having to write over the images.
pd: 70 unlockables sounds nice to me!
pd2: that border from the postcard earlier in the topic cant be applied to previously shot photos so its not very useful anyways.
