I'm looking forward to it, but I don't know what to expect. I never played the first..... And I don't exactly feel like peeing my pants while playing my DS on the subway. I have Moon though, and I personally loved it. I'd probably enjoy it, but I won't buy it for a while.

I don't know when it's coming out and I haven't picked up Dementium or Moon yet either... I intended to but I don't have the requisite time or money.

Oregano, you do realize they're 20 dollars new, right? Used would be even cheaper. I know Moon is great as a FPS Adventure game.
The last time I saw them they were both still £30 but they were released quite a long time after the US release(If I recall correctly). I'll have to check again at some point.
EDIT: Ooo, cheap on Amazon. I might get one(or both) in the near future.

I have high hopes for it and it's on my radar. I probably won't have time to play it until summer though, as I find myself mostly playing games that can be played in shorter bursts during the school year.
Moco Loco If you find yourself spiritually drifting (as I was for far too many years), remember that Jesus can and will walk across the water to reach you and bring you back to shore.
I loved the first Dementium That game reaked of atmosphere(mainly due to the effective soundtrack)not to mention those flying clown heads freaked the hell out of me. When you have headphones on(which you should) and you see one of them flying straight towards you while they're screaming at the same time it will make you jump everytime
Great atmosphere, awesome graphics, challenging gameplay, 60fps, fantastic touch screen controls and effective soundtrack aside....It was repetitive. Well, the environemnts were that is. It all starts to look the same, and the horrible generic map doesn't make things any better. It's also not touch screen enabled, so you cant mark down where you've been. The enemies themselves while pretty decent lack variety and they re-spawn which totaly sucks. But even with those flaws I was compelled from start to finish, and that ending was sad. Dementium II is the only DS game I'm looking forward to at the moment
I played Dementium and Moon. I'd put Moon over Dementium. But that was only because Moon addressed some of the issues of Dementium and it ended up being a better experience to play. So by my logic, Dementium II should be fine/good or very good. I'll get it regardless. These games of theirs are a smooth 60fps as already pointed out, the graphics are decent, the music, whilst blocky, does actually add to the atmosphere. And these games are a little bit creepy. Btw, in Dementium, using the stylus as a flashlight - brilliantly executed.
After playing Dementium: the Ward, and Moon, I instantaneously became a die-hard Renegade Kid fan. I felt as if they used every last bit of the DS's processing power in these games. The sound was absolutely enveloping, and I shivered at every creepy keystroke. I felt like they couldn't't have done any better with what the DS has to offer. Also, the flashlight feature was breathtaking, and was very believable. Also, the 60FPS is amazing, and i didn't think it could be done with the DS. Although there are many good features, there are some downsides as well. The enemies AI was horrible, and I could literally walk past an enemy without it even batting an eyelash. Then there is the save feature. After nearly completing a chapter, A random banshee (clown head) would come waling at a million MPH and I would have to restart the ENTIRE chapter. It made me not only jump across the room, but it made me furious. Hopefully these problems will be fixed in Dementuium 2.
I got to play Dementium II late last year (having played Moon before it) and thought it was a nice-looking game, very different from most of the DS content out there and looks like it should be a really quality title. Just wish it would hurry up and come out, though
So this is being sent out on the 16th or will it be in stores already?
@Thomas Joseph: Cool. I just got it too (Sometime last week, I think). Just got to the Cleaver guy last time I played (thurs or fri Possibly). Got killed. Got to try it again. You seen those flying heads? It was like "What the...!?" when I first heard and saw them. I wonder if they were inspired by the medusa heads in castlevania? Also..don't you hate those maggot things?
Edit: Donatello: Also using the headphones allows you to hear the heartbeat too (I tried with and without and realized that I didn't hear the heartbeat on the DS's own speakers without it, which is a bit odd, I guess. Was that the same for everyone else?
@longtimegamer: That's probably because it is low-pitched. I have a game called Beat It on my Ipod. The point of it is to match the icons in the game with what the current beat is (bass drum, guitar, etc.) If you don't have Headphones, you can't hear the bass pedal, at all. It's probably a similar situation.
