I only got BIS (FREAKING AWESOME), and was wondering what you guys/girls was thinking about either. Scribblenauts is currnetly looking great for me, and though I will get it October 11, I'm still not sure if can get it before.
My current rating of BIS: 10

Haven't picked up Bowsa yet, but I'd say it probably depends on the game type one is in the mood for. Scribblenauts is for when you just want to sort of fool around for a minute, trying to come up with cleverly bizarre ways to solve the little stages, but it's not really something you settle in to play for a longer period the way I'm guessing BIS is.

Scribblenauts is amazing but it has some annoying control problems. Which is a better game? Probably Mario & Luigi 3. Which is one of the most innovative and creative games ever? Scribble--but it ain't perfect.

I haven't played inside story yet. But so far I give scribble an 8 out of 10. Maxwell only has one speed of movement, and his jumping and just overall control feel awkward. I've also found that even though the game recognizes tons of different words, a lot of them share items. For example, scimitar and katana, two totally different looking swords, bring up the same sword.

Completely separate genres, so it'd be impossible to really compare them. However, Scribblenauts definitely wins the "most creative" award. BIS, while, of course, I expect to be excellent simply cannot match Scribblenaut's innovation.

That said, BIS may end of being the better "game." Only time will tell.

Scribblenauts is awesome. It's only flaw is controlling Maxwell.

@briunji04: Then your not very fun.

Lets see...an over hyped game that has bad controls, or a soon to go down in history RPG that is considered the best in the series?

Beats me!

BIS is perrty good, I've yet to play Scribblenauts, but those controls will likely be an achilles heel for many.

I haven't played BIS yet but I'm going to buy it soon, Scribblenauts was kind of a critical flop for all the hype that surrounded and its not as good as I thought it would be but its still pretty fun.

Is both an option? I haven't played Scribblenauts yet, but everyone says it's amazing.

And I can tell you without a doubt that BIS is one of most favorite DS games...it beats New Super Mario Bros. as my top game!
