What if the Fierce Deity Sword breaks? Can I get it again using amiibo or buy from a merchant? Or will it disappear from this character forever?

You can get more by scanning the amiibo again. You don't even need to break it or anything- you can have multiple at once.

The guy in Terry town doesn't sell amiibo stuff as far as I know.
