Topic: Pikachu Amiibos in Europe

So I just got an email from Amazon UK telling me that my pre-order for the Pikachu Amiibo has been delayed until 11th December, same date as the second batch, so I'm assuming it's been moved to then. Just wanted to ask if anyone else had the same problem, could be a stock issue of course.

@Zekrom025 Likely just a stock issue as the 2nd batch isn't until December 19th.

@Zekrom025 I would contact customer services I have "Amazon Prime" and Amazon and telling me that I can have a Pikachu Amiibo by Sunday 30th November if I order in the next 18 hours (at the current time).

I realize this was posted a few days ago maybe they got more stock in? Hopefully you got your Amiibo if not give them a call.

I placed my amiibo orders with the Nintendo UK online store and I got Link, Peach and Samus yesterday, but Pikachu still says "awaiting stock pick," so clearly something is up with the availability of that character - maybe manufacturing issues or it's just so popular they already ran out?

Amazon are advertising them as in-stock (see above) so it's strange the OP didn't get his (if that's still the case). Toys Я Us also have Pikachu in-stock for online delivery I'm not sure but you could check your local store as well.

Maybe Nintendo didn't keep enough for themselves? If I don't see any change come Monday I'll write to ask what's going on. In the meantime if anyone in the UK gets their hands on one from a domestic source let us know!

Sorry if I seem to be repeating myself but I'm only trying to help. I'm from the UK and both Amazon UK and Toys Я Us UK have them in stock ok you would have to wait on Amazon to deliver but you can reserve online at Toys Я Us and pick it up at your local store depending on it's stock. If they are out of stock they also deliver as do GAME who may or may not have it in stock in store depending on your local area. You can always phone your local store and ask.

Well I've already ordered mine and I'm not that desparafe. My post was only to reinforce the general feeling that there maybe a shortage or delay in the shipping of this figure. I'd be interested to know if anyone manages to secure one from the sites you've named, but just out of curiosity.

I ordered one from Amazon just to see if they'd post it and they have. It's not like I won't use it although I'm not mad keen on Pokemon

Game in Bradford have them in stock. Thats where I got mine
