There's plenty of possible reasons why Nintendo doesn't do this. Porting a game to Virtual Console takes a lot of time and effort, and isn't worthwhile unless enough people buys it.
There's also the rights issues, and Nintendo would need the consent of the game's publishers to do this.
@jump no, just venting really, I loved that game when it came out and played it to death, just wish they would port it to 3DS so I can play it portable really

I've never seen this game before but I imagine it could be nicely played with a stylus if it was remaked or adapted to the 3DS. Seems pretty fun as well, kind of reminds me to Syndicate, for some reason...
@Aurin I think he was posing a legitimate question, once you've been on this site long enough you see users thinking we're an official Nintendo site from time to time.
