@ Everyone

I've been a bit bogged down this week. 'helping out with a move. 'very busy day today and tomorrow.

So I was thinking I won't have time (or the patience) to hunker down with MM 3D this weekend.

But I might just hack away at Metroid Zero Mission on our DS if I have a bit of time this weekend.

I'm wishing everyone a good weekend! 'and hope you get some gaming in!

Just finished A Link Between Worlds again, in Hero mode... It has quite a touching ending now that I've revisited it. It also uses the 3D quite well, with a lot of emphasis on verticality. I used to dislike the item renting mechanic, but now I think its actually not that bad, though I would always end up getting enough rupees in the dungeon I was doing to just buy the next item I needed, I suppose the economy in that game is broken in that way.

Not sure what I'll revisit next, maybe New Super Mario Bros 2? I'd jump to Triforce Heroes, but I have nobody to play with.

Final Stats:
Rupees Found: 15269
Times Defeated: 35

Went to a local used game store, I got Heroes of Ruin, Tom Clancy's Shadow Wars 3D, and Star Fox Guard. Star Fox Guard and Heroes of Ruin are pretty good!

I've heard Heroes of Ruin is a bit of a hidden gem. It's like Diablo/Torchlight/Minecraft Dungeons, with skill trees, stats, and gear. The 3D effect is nice, but it's a bit framerate-y. If only it could take advantage of the New 3DS' extra power... (If I'm not mistaken, a jailbroken 3DS can force this)

I've heard Tom Clancy's is also pretty good, haven't got to it yet.

Been playing a bit of Smash 4, quite a fun Smash Bros game to come back to, and one that you can play portably in 3D at that.

I started playing on my 3DS again earlier this month, and I finished Pilotwings Resort 100%. All missions with a perfect score, and I got all the collectibles in free flight mode. Excellent game, one of my favorites on the system.
And I've been playing Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games for a few weeks now.

What memories! It's ages I don't play it and chances are that playing it again won't be the same compared with when I first played it, but reading you has made me want to try. Not a bad game to play sporadically, specially with friends ^^

@supermarido Unfortunately, a few weeks after that, my 3DS XL had an accident; I accidentally spilled some water on it.
I don't know if anything was damaged, but I started looking for a new system on the used market to perform the transfer. Prices are sky-high, and it's very difficult.
I was such a fool; I've always taken great care of it. In 12 years, nothing like this had ever happened.

@Rodolfo6493 Have you tested it yet? Just wait until you're sure it's dried out. Hope it's ok.

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

@gcunit I dried the 3DS with a towel and waited over 24 hours to turn it on. The first thing I did was transfer all my Pokémon from Bank to Home. I didn't play on it again after that.
I can't guarantee nothing was damaged, but I'm going to stick with the plan of getting a "new" system, just in case.

@Rodolfo6493 when devices get wet, it is recommended to put them into a jar and cover them with rice. Rice absorbs moisture to a great extent.

This is what we used to do when our smartphones fell into the toilet, when they weren't waterproof like nowadays, and in many cases it worked. At least it's a cheap remedy that you don't lose anything by trying.

Been playing some Pokemon X since I never actually played through it before (and there's a lot of references I wasn't getting in Legends Z-A). It's really charming. I think they handled the transition into 3D pretty well!

I've supp'd for months on naught but broth of bean

I got two Mario & Luigi games on 3DS this month: Paper Jam and Dream Team.
I have never played these series nor even have interest to get them earlier.
But somehow it grow some curiosity to get them when I found quite cheap price at my local shopping website.
I realized every Mario & Luigi games have unique themes so far from my observation.
Mario & Luigi 2 = Partner with their Toddler version
Mario & Luigi 3 = Inside Bowser's body
Mario & Luigi 4 = Inside Luigi's mind
Mario & Luigi 5 = Paper Mario crossover
Mario & Luigi 6 = Electrical plug folks

Getting back into Majoras Mask, it’s been a long time since I last played through it. It’s much more Outer Wilds like than I remember (if you know you know).

I'm on my first playthrough of the English version of Yo-Kai Watch 3. Used to LOVE the anime and played some demos but sucked as a kid, so I'm playing through them all fully this year. 2 has already become my favorite rpg, but 3's coming close.

Hey guys I'm a gamer, student, sorta youtuber, but most of all NERD

@AmanPikon
I wish I can have Yokai Watch 3 English version.
But I'm already content with Japanese version of Yokai Watch 3 I already have.
