I discovered a game on Friday that had a different price on the website than what was charged on the e-shop. (Atlantic Quest) The website showed a sale price.
After 1 hour, two reps, and a supervisor I was given a $5 store credit. It wasn't worth my time, but the principal of the issue was my concern. I'm sure the game stinks too.
Anyone else run across this issue before? I couldn't believe that two reps told me that the website was incorrect and I needed to pay full price. Nintendo wasted more money by messing around with me on the phone for an hour then just helping me get the advertised price.
