Agreed, that and Heroes of Ruin are the only retail downloads that I think are priced considerably on the eShop. Actually thinking about picking up Mercenaries on download. Make notes publishers and Nintendo, this is what a retail download without packaging and shipping is supposed to cost after almost two years

Well, Mercenaries 3D is 20 bucks in America, a 50 percent discount.

It has a page in the eShop, with the date of 4/11/13, but no price yet.

I have no need to buy tetris axis since I got it brand new at wal-mart for $10.

Ok seriously, I asked Nicalis when it'd be out only about a month ago and they said soon, blimey that's a long "soon" I wonder when "soon" is? they've actually been saying that for like a year now and it was supposed to come out in December, i'm not surprised though, they had bugs with the NA version originally.

@RetroGBHippie92 ah, the classic "soon". Beaten only by "we're currently working on it".

They told me "soon" before VVVVVV came out for Europe, which was almost a year ago. Wow, time sure flies, doesn't it? At least now Nicalis has (mostly) figured out the kinks with releasing for Australia/NZ, as we saw with Nightsky. No extra month of waiting for us!
