Topic: Unable to connect to eshop, getting different error messages

I'm on a 2DS, I've never had problems with the e-shop before. I'm connected to the internet and can use the browser just fine but if I try to open the eshop or go into my nintendo network ID settings I get an error message, either 022-5548 or 022-5548. This is really getting annoying because I need to get into the e-shop so I can re-download my games (old sd card was damaged).
