Oh, well sorry about that then. I'd hate to see this become a phone game, though it wouldn't surprise me much if that did happen.

I wouldn't mind seeing an offshoot of the Reaper's Game as a smartphone game or an app, but an honest-to-goodness TWEWY sequel, not so much. even so, it said PC and smartphone both, so that would be a very strange move for squeenix to go to PC from a smartphone release and skip consoles entirely.

With a fanbase as rapid as TWEWY's, I'd be very surprised if this came out on mobile. Considering they could charge people $40+ for a handheld/console game instead of $10 game, I can't think of why they'd do it. People are going to buy it anyway, might as well make it for a system they can charge more money on.

I still think they were just saying that the page is viewable in on either a PC or smartphone.
