@SuperMalleo - Speaking of, what does everyone think of the announcer in general? He seems to have done an OK job from what I heard from the demo. I think my favourite is still Melee's for the "A New Record!" line.
Once a LuigiMan, now a Dreamy representation of the Goddess of Nature.

I agree can't ever forget the "NEEEEEW RECORD" from melee! XD

I'd get Smash Bros. even if Nintendo officially stated that it was only two thirds finished.
Yes, everything will probably get fixed.
But when people report that that local multiplayer lags, or sometimes doesn't even function at all, something is up. I've never heard of that happening to a 3DS game before.

nah, 1st party games always have issues on local multiplayer(either that or my cousin's 3DS is messed up 'cause I never had issues playing any game with other people)

This game pushes the limits of the 3DS like no game has ever done. Of course it can lag.
By principal, Smash 3DS was rushed. Sakurai even stated that they separated the release dates so that it wouldn't become a 2015 release. That's trying to get the game out as soon as possible, which I'm pretty sure is the definition of rushing. Now, it's not like this makes it a bad game by default, and like I said, Lord KNOWS they can patch in fixes for any bugs the public finds, but the fact of the matter is that this game clearly did not launch as a complete game. It was pushed out before it was quite right.
That said, I really don't mind. These glitches are mostly just funny, and in this case, I'll gladly take an incomplete game now, instead of a 100% perfect game in a year.
The glitches, as long as they are not game-breaking, are not a big deal to me. What really hurts though are the missing modes and options. I hope those are patched in sometime soon after launch...
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
Good news! I won another Twitter contest from Nintendo.
So as part of the Super Smash Club, one of the competitions is to make up a rule that will follow throughout the whole club, regarding the game. I was one of the 20 randomly drawn people to win a Super Smash Bros. themed towel.
These towels were given to those at PAX Prime, who won in the demo.
Earlier this year, I won a Luigi themed mug, a Bowser Christmas ornament and 10 Legend of Zelda 3DS Cartridge Cases (I was actually able to sell 2 for a total of $40).
I definitely want to see that hilarious giant Yoshi glitch in person, and it's important to note that any non-Mii character that Yoshi swallows can turn huge like that. So I'll try to see as many characters do this as I can if Nintendo eventually makes a patch that fixes it.
I've been saying it since '99: Yoshi too OP. Long live the Yosh.
