I have created Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Baljeet and Perry. I am working on Buford (having trouble with the hair) now. I learned more about the layering as I did more so some are better than others... 20 parts isn't alot to do the whole body with clothing and hair.

I tried to do bitmaped looking Pacman ghosts but its hard to line up straight lines. I also hid the mouth so as not to spoil the effect.

This is Blinky but you can do Pinky (pink) Inky (cyan) and Clyde (browny orange) by copying this one if you want

It looks ok when it walks as the image is flipped so the eyes point the right way when going left and right.
