I'll never download any retail games and even if I wasn't opposed to the idea of downloading a retail game I'd still get this retail as I don't want to get it until I can find it pre-owned for £20 or less which I couldn't do if I downloaded it.

Digital for me. To be fair, this is better as I can keep it with me at all times, and never lose it (unless the SD card gets lost, but There's the lisence for that)
