Did I really only have two pokemon in my safari?

i think we cna only ge tthe third one if yor online at the same time so tecnally you have three we cna only get tow at the moment

But I can get the third from one of my other friends and he's offline?

I know that you have to have beaten the Elite four and stuff to get the third pokemon in the safari but I've beaten them...
So it's strange that's you can't find mine
