Here's something that a lot of you might not know.
That markings that you put on your pokemon are for IVs Circle = HP Triangle = Attack Square = Defense Heart = SpAtt Star = SpDef Diamond = Speed
It is to help you keep track of which pokemon had perfect IVs, I mostly been using it to mark which pokemon fits better with an other on my team.
Actually, no, that is just the most common use for them. The markings were just put there to help us organize our boxes better, they have no inherent meaning.

Hey guys, could I get some thoughts and opinions on a team make up that I'm working on. I'm still a total newb to competitive battling though, so I'm still learning the basics. All the pokemon for the team makeup I have listed below, are pretty much my favorite pokemon in the game. But I'm trying to get through my head that I probably won't be able to use all my "favorite" pokemon in a competitive team. I know I'll most likely end up having to use pokemon that I don't really like, in order to have a decent team makeup though. Still though, Staraptor is set in stone. No matter what kind of team I have, Staraptor MUST be in it! xD
I was thinking of a team like this:
Staraptor
Milotic
Absol
Breloom
Ninetales
Luxray
I know there's probably a ton of flaws to it that I haven't caught yet, but I just wanted to see what more experienced players thought about it. Thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated, thanks!

Uhhhh that part I'm still working on, well actually just starting to work on. I'm in the process of starting the whole breeding and egg hatching thing to work on IV's and EV's. I just beat the game, so I figured I'd start working on a dream team, as well as finishing my pokedex, along with a bunch of other stuff lol.

(I know he is banned in the community which is why im using him as a test to warm myself up)
also, he will be used if one of my friends decides to throw a legendary at me

well I wouldn't lose time getting a Speed Boost one if you want to Mega evolve because that's the ability of Mega Blaziken but it is a nice choice if you're not going to Mega Evolve right when you send it out

I still remember the double (or triple?) battle I had with @MrPokirby. He was down to his last Pokemon to send out, an almost dead Crobat. It was already frozen from earlier, so it came out completely still in midair. Then it immediately fell from the Stealth Rock I had placed at the beginning. Easily the funniest Pokemon battle moment I've ever seen.
