@DefHalan: Because sometimes you realize you messed up and need to backtrack to get something. Really dude, saving while healing doesn't aid anyone but you.
@BlatantlyHeroic: I don't think I would be the only one to benefit from it. I understand some people wouldn't like it, but healing just takes so long that it feels like I had saved. It is just another long process that could be faster or do something else. I think if there was a option to have ot auto-save when healing, it would be good. It wouldn't require any additional dialog and they could add a setting menu option to disable it.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
Leitmoteef, the 'Evolution isn't Always Kind' pokemon. This pokemon desperately wants to sing it's own theme song, which it hears clearly in its mind. Unfortunately it's large buckteeth get in the way, rendering it lyricalizations as grotesque death moans to anyone in earshot. Large quantities of Leitmoteef migrate south each winter to mate in complete silence... and tears.

brb I need to cleanse my eyes by playing pokemon natural gas and oil verison.
I'm calling it now: The natural gas version has Gengar on the cover, and the oil version has either Malamar or Tentacruel. XD
I'm hoping the variety show segment is something more than that brief Kyogre/Groudon showing last time. I suppose that something is better than nothing.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@DarthNocturnal: Okay but what I meant was...what is that, a made up pokemon? A description leaked from somewhere? There's no context so I don't know what that's supposed to be.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
Yeah, I've never had too much of an issue with saving either. Saving Pokemon games in something I've done so many times that it's basically muscle memory. Yes, it takes a little time, but next to no conscious effort, so I often just safe and turn off the game while starting whatever I'm going to do afterwards.
leit·mo·tif
ˈlītmōˌtēf/Submit
noun
a recurrent theme throughout a musical or literary composition, associated with a particular person, idea, or situation.
"Teef" sounds like a corruption of teeth as spoken by someone who has none (or awkwardly shaped / positioned teeth). Beyond that, I'm not sure.

Well of course it was fake! My dad, in fact, does not work at Nintendo. It was just a joke.
I'm not sure why people are saying that XY and ORAS had the same artstyle. XY's artstyle was slightly washed out in a way. ORAS's artstyle was vibrant and had a lot more contrast. The two are very different in terms of looks and atmosphere, and I greatly prefer the rich colors that ORAS gave us over the bland colors in XY.
Now, if you're talking about the cel shading... I truthfully want the outlines to become more prominent. I like cel shading, and I want it to stand out a little more.
@BlatantlyHeroic: yeah I couldn't put my finger on why I like the look of ORAS over X/Y but I think you summed it up well there. Though for me personally it's also the nostalgia I feel towards Hoenn and all the characters in the game, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the new region looks. Not that I thought Kalos was particularly bad, I just think they can do better on the 3DS.

It was the exact same art style, ORAS just had better assets all around (more of them were more primal, elemental, and vibrant, which suits pokemon better). Because third gen = best gen.
I think what I want the most is for them to work on the Pokemon model poses and their idle animations. I want them to move more (with variation). Besides, dynamic poses would really help some of them not look so awkward. Delphox actually looks appealing to me when I look at her official art, but she looks pretty bad in-game because of how stiff her model was made. It's funny, when you see her official character art and anime depictions, she has a more elegant stature that fits a mage. I'd also like to see flying Pokemon have a standing animation. It'd be cool to see them standing on the ground and then fluttering around a bit during their static animations and then truly fly whenever they attack.
My main beef is with Typhlosion though. Sure he's not supposed to be on fire all of the time, but canonically speaking (using the pokedex entries and the anime to a lesser extent as references) its back lights up when it's ready to fight, rather than just when it attacks. They should have given it alternate modes like Xerneas. Outside of battle it could have its flames turned off, but during battle the flames should be constantly lit (with perhaps the exception of taking damage, which could make them sputter). I love the Typhlosion line, but they're just missing something design-wise without that extra flare... get it? Hehehe... it's a fire pun...
Well, ORAS did have some different shading mechanics in the game. X/Y had an actual skybox which oras didn't, giving the entire region a vibrant tone.
While yes this is pretty, I have to still give credit to x/y as the shading really made things realistic, especially in caves and forest which had shadows of rocks or trees to make you feel lost. The grass was darker which emphasized the fact it's a new region, I don't think if you traveled from one country to another the same type of grass would be growing, it'd have a slight color difference.
What really stood out, is the new models added in oras (new megas, new trainers, new animations/moves) were vibrantly colored. In x/y the models in battles even felt bland, but the models introduced in oras were actually pretty to look at. They had special effects like reflectance (m.sableye) bright red lava glowing (p. groudon) Glowing streamers (m.ray), etc etc.
I guess it's a matter of preference, if you want a bright color game, or a realistic graphically enchanced game. I mostly prefer the realistically graphical spectrum (overworld wise, not in battle), but sometimes it does feel gloomy being in the constant dark making me tired instead of bright and colorful in oras that keeps you awake. They can balance the two spectrums in one game, make some areas visually appealing and then the rest bright and happy. Kinda like how DPP had some brightly lit places, but more serious and darker ones for various areas. It was graphically realistic (sprite standards) and colorful in all the right places, happy and colorful in places you'll always be, darker in places you'll occasionally visit like Mt.cornet.
