@Gridatttack It says "best" in all the stats so its not hyper trained. (and hyper training doesn't override 31 IVs)

The only reason I'm thinking its legit is because:
1) Powersaves doesn't have IV codes yet, confirming that myself
2) Its level 25, which is a normal level you can catch wild dittos at in sun/moon, if it was pkhex'd it'd be 100

Unless somebody save file edited, or did a very specific pkhex for something just for breeding, this is questionably legit.

I mean, you can get guaranteed 4 IVs from SOS so what would the odds for two more 31 IVs be? Wouldn't it be like 1 in 62 or is there a much more complicated variable?

@Araquanid We're getting there. I'll add you when it's done. Ya might like it, it'll help for your shinies.

At least now you don't really need to worry about IV all that much, you can just train your imperfect pokemon to level 100 and use bottle caps.

@Meowpheel The only issue I have with this system is you can't breed off them, but additionally say gen 8 removed hyper training, now you have a box of useless competitive pokemon. I'd only recommend hyper training if you're waiting for pokemon for specific egg moves and plan on breeding a better pokemon (like lurantis for me in this case, I'll just hyper one and then when defog is released via pokebank I'll breed a full IV and possibly go for a shiny one.), for legends since you can use this as a legitimate way to get perfect legends in gen 7 if you SR for their natures. Or for 31 "IVs" in stats that wouldn't be 31 for certain hidden powers (6 IV while keeping HP fire).

@Araquanid it's probably the latter. Seems like whoever caught the ditto just encountered one, caught it, opened the save file and edited the Ditto to all 31 IV while keeping everything intact lol.

In any case, do you have an extra one? Idc if it's legit or not, but I figured it's better to breed for a shiny sandygast than the new weird chaining method, because sandygast in specifically has troll moves and you need someone with scrappy or foresight to false swipe it :<

4 - Brave Nature - Best: Attack/Sp.Def/Speed - Decent: HP/Defense/Sp.Atk

Not an exciting bunch really. I'd personally pick the first or second.

@BLP_Software I'll just take a hardy one, my dex is complete but good natured legends are always appreciated as I can hyper train them.

I was just wonder trading around. The last pokemon I got was nicknamed NotMyPrsdent. Can you guess what pokemon it was.

@Araquanid People often overlook neutral natures. Personally I quite like them, especially since I'm sat doing YouTube work, it makes it mouldable. Obviously certain Pokémon benefit heavily from actual effective natures more. Pheromosa I think is one you can do either with. I wouldn't commit to +SpAtk or +Atk when both are fine. But I'm weird.

@Meowpheel I sense a Yungoos. Or Oldgoos. Some things in the world line up too well. That Pokémon was one of them. :/

@BLP_Software yea it's better than negative natures anyway, Phero is better having a speeder build like hasty or naive, it has towel defenses so it can lower them freely and run mixed offensive sets.
