Topic: Pokemon Crystal Virtual Console Unlock Time?

Does anyone know when prepurchased copies of Pokemon Crystal unlock in America (Eastern time)? I really don't want to wait until noon again and the description of the game only says 12:00 but I don't know if it's midnight or noon.

Such bs by Nintendo I don't know if they do this for all pre ordered games this is my first one but normal companies would of had this game playable 9pm PST yesterday
