Topic: Pokebank Price..

Hey,
So my pass for Pokemon Bank is going to expire in 12 days, so I thought I'd go to renew it today... only to find out that the price is 6.29 to renew, bringing it to a total of 7.23 with tax!

What the hell? It's been advertised as a 5 dollar annual fee and when I checked on the eshop/online, it says that it should be 4.99 Canadian. My region is set to Canada, so, I'm perplexed.

Anyone else have issues like this?

It shouldn't be, it says that it's 4.99 in the US and Canada. I purchased it anyway, because it's only an extra 2 dollars.. and it's not like they're going to see this and update the shop or something to rectify this anytime soon.

Just sort of sucks because it's advertised as 4.99. The renew fee said it was 6.29 (before taxes) bringing it to 7.23.

Maybe contact Nintendo?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I assume that it is because the Canadian dollar is pretty low right now, prices for games started going up last year I think and so I assume it is the same for Pokébank. Most Wii U games for example are about $5 more than the US price.
