According to September 2010 Nintendo Power Magazine Issue the Chomper can assist Mario in battle and makes use of a decal sticker system that is a 1-UP move over the decal system in Little Big Planet as the stickers can be weapons or helpful environmental elements like a bridge over troubled waters for example.

Wiggler is too big to be a partner. Plus what is he going to do if he is a sidekick. All wiggler can do as an attack is trample. And usually the sidekick is wearing some sort of clothing to point out which one is your sidekick and which one is your enemy. Example (From 1000 Year Door) Goombella: Wearing an explorers helmet Koops: Wearing a hoodie Ms. Mouse: Lipstick and shades

I'm with you all the way amigo. I'd like Paper Mario 3DS, Kid Icarus, Animal Crossing 3DS and PilotWings Resort.
However, lets be realistic. On launch day, I'll probably be able to purchase only two items and they'll no doubt be Paper Mario 3DS and Animal Crossing 3DS or the former and PilotWings Resort. Hopefully we'll be able to pick up a GameCube Memory Card, Game Cube Controller and a copy of Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door so we can play that on the Wii in the days leading up to the Nintendo 3DS release.

Since 3DS Paper Mario's coming I should try to get all 256 catch cards in SPM, and try to beat TTYD because I still havent restarted after my memory card corrupted 3yrs ago

@ Aviator I was thinking the same thing the other day. I'm not sure maybe they are because in NSMB DS the World 3 Boss were 2 small cheep cheeps and 1 giant cheep cheep trying to eat you.
