@Tops I hope it's not single-player only. The game looks cute, but I'm mostly interested in it as a multiplayer experience. No multiplayer is honestly a deal-breaker for me with regard to this title.

@Tops 95% of the time I only care about a game's single-player content and couldn't give a toss if it has multiplayer or not, but there are a few games that I get primarily because they look like they'll be fun to play with my family or friends. Fantasy Life was one of those games, and, even though it was a fine single-player experience, it was the ability to go out and adventure with others that pushed it over the edge for me.
It doesn't look like a bad single-player game, mind you, but I can think of at least thirty other single-player games I'd want to play before even considering this one.

All my attention has gone to the Switch as of late. Sadly I don't see myself playing my 3ds for quite some time. While I did want this last E3 now it has to be something really special to get my attention.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
I think it looks great, but I likely won't get it until I get my 3ds modded with a tv out. Thanks Switch.

I'm a Dream Fighter. Perfume is Love, Perfume is Life.
This is another one of my highly anticipated games for this year. Between 3DS and Vita there are so many good RPGs coming out this year that it will take me years to play through them all.
Wish this game was coming to the switch. I have a feeling that it's a great game that's gonna be overlooked due to switch hype as well the fact that we're coming to the end of the 3DS's life. Still gonna cross my fingers that it comes to the switch tho!

@Frosty_09 I would but I sold my 3DS a while ago. I wanted to start saving money and I also wanted to make sure i focused for my final exams at school. I may get the new 2DS tho.

@Frosty_09 Yeah maybe I'll get both systems. The switch was pretty pricey for me. I live in Australia so it was $420 without any game. Along with Mario Kart and Zelda my bank account took a hit. I only recently just got a job so that's another reason why I'm still contemplating about whether the purchase is worth it or not and Uni purchases haven't helped things. Anyway hopefully I get it tho!

I really like the look of the game but between my Switch needing games and my backlog of 3DS games I need clearing I may have to give this a pass still.
I just pulled the trigger and pre ordered this game. This line from NL's preview:
"Ever Oasis feels like equal parts Fantasy Life and Legend of Zelda."
totally sold me. I loved Fantasy Life and poured over 100 hours into that game and of course being compared to Zelda in any way is the highest of praise. Add to that the powerhouse team at Grezzo and I can see this game being the first new reason I have to pick up my 3DS since the release of the Switch.
After watching the trailers , gameplay and previews in this thread.. I am all over this day one. Looks like a top shelf deep and engaging Rpg .. no surprise there as the 3ds continues to be the biggest Rpg powerhouse since the Ps one . Keep them coming !

What did you stand to lose by waiting for reviews, which usually come out before launch, and then buying it?
Some people hate the power of their own money I guess.
I've seen 45 mins of the game at last year's E3, a bunch of preview videos that came out last week and read multiple preview articles. From all this I know this is the type of game for me. I don't have to wait for reviews.
This is how I felt about Fantasy Life too. Metacritic has it at 73% but to me that game is closer to 95%. From all the Fantasy Life previews I knew I would likely really enjoy that game before any reviews came out.
So, I "hate the power of my own money" because I pre-ordered a game? Since when is pre-ordering a game prior to reviews considered some crazy thing to do? Don't be a jerk.
