Next week Japan is getting Nazo no Murasame-jou. Hope the rumor is true of the game getting a western 3DS release.

I am going to scream when Mario Tennis comes out on the 3DS VC. I am actually going to lay down and scream. I will take work off. I will lock my door and paint the windows black. I will take the battery off of my phone and discontinue my internet service. I will delete Animal Crossing New Leaf off of my SD card. And I will play this game until I starve. No bathroom breaks. No food breaks. Nothing but Mario Tennis.

I really hope you don't do that because it probably will come out here soon.

Esper Dream (a FDS action-RPG by Konami) and Kunio-kun no Jidaigeki (unofficially known as Technos Samurai, sort of like River City Ransom in old Japan).
The Game Boy version of the latter was one of the first VC games released, now the Famicom version is being added.

Newest games: Mach Rider and Nuts & Milk for Famicom.

Next week, Japan's getting Hebereke on the VC and on 3DSware, they're getting 3D Galaxy Force II, a chatting app, and Coaster Creator 3D.

Hm, I wonder if they're going to release Ufouria?
I thought the fan reaction to that game on Wii kind of broke Vic Ireland's continued interest in releasing VC games. (or why we didn't get Gimmick!)

Gimmick didn't even come to the Japanese Wii VC

EDIT: I thought Binary Land was Bomberman at first.

If we translate each Japanese 3DS VC to American 3DS VC release dates, we would get around eight months. Mega Man VI, Tails Adventure, Sonic Drift 2, Super Mario Bros. 2, and a bunch of other games came out around this time. If my calculations are correct, we should get Donkey Kong sometime in June 2013 and Super Mario Bros. 3 sometime in September 2013. We probably won't see Galaga, Mario Bros, and Donkey 3 until later this Autumn or Winter. And, if we're lucky, we could get the Fire Emblems game out by early 2014 is we beg Nintendo.

Sadly there's no way they'll release the Fire Emblems as Nintendo's not going to go through the work translating them.

The only text-heavy import maybe there's a small possibility of us seeing is Mother 1 but only because Nintendo already has a translated version they never released.

There's no new games announced for 3DS VC for Japan yet. They usually have them announced by now since their Wii U VC games are announced. I guess next week will be announced through the Japanese version of today's Nintendo Direct.

Their next update will have 3D Streets of Rage, Colors! 3D, A bunch of math games, Another art app, Robot Rescue 3D, and the Famicom version of Antartic Adventure.

Too bad Antarctic Adventure probably won't come here.
From what I've seen, isn't popular smarphone game Temple Run (I think that's what it's called) pretty much just Antarctic Adventure with prettier graphics?

All they're getting next week is Mappy

Japan gets "Valkyrie no Bōken: Toki no Kagi Densetsu" by Namco, which is the Japan-only prequel to the arcade game "Legend of the Valkyrie" included on Namco Museum Volume 5 for PlayStation 1.
