So I go to the site to get this repaired and I get this: The serial number is associated with a device that isn't eligible for our online repair setup process. As such, we ask that you call (800) 255-3700 to speak to one of our Customer Service representatives to determine the best repair options for your system. We offer live agent support from 6:00am to 7:00pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week. I REALLY don't want to call, because of all the waiting and digital voice stuff, so can someone tell me what's going on and how I can deal with this!
