I was going to turn on my 3ds after charging but the screen didn't turn on after I pressed power button. There's a blue LED but that's it. Image link: https://i.imgur.com/kKS3q9t.jpg

First try holding the power button for a few seconds to force the blue LED off. Then take both the game and SD cards out of the DS and turn it on to see if it still works.

If it does turn on, turn the DS off again to put the SD card in again and see if it works.

Your first anything is important; a memory you don't want to forget. That's what makes nostalgia such a fascinating concept. That's why many people enjoy games that have aged well.

If the above nintendo support page doesn't resolve your issue, take a look at these other pages below, just in case. If nintendo support pages can't solve something, it likely means you have a hardware failure that would require repair.

I remember my brothers old 2ds breaking that way. Probably need to get a repair or just track down a new one.

Currently playing: Pokemon Soul Silver, Mario RPG
