does look like the underground of SMB so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's part of this track

....... given the repeated theme. I'm guessing it's a tunnel in Mario Circuit

Yeah, should have a thread where the first page is a set of rules (like no hacking, we know your name etc, etc) and the code and maybe some scheduled times/days when people should go online. Then the rest of the thread for discussion about races and such.

It is a very, very long thread. If NL had basic forum features such as "Search This Thread," I would happily blame everyone for not checking it because blaming people is fun, but I'm not about to dig through nearly 1000 posts just to check if one character is in the game or not. That's unreasonable.
