Also I surprised myself. I was playing for the defeat Chaos Kin, don't touch Palutena. On In. 8. And I did it. With a Laser Staff. A little hard to hit what you can't clearly see.
Would have been 9, but Phox and Lux.....

And if you think my new claws are already overpowered, think of this. Spite and Aries Armor. Ouch. Shame Spite won't even come back with a 340 val weapon.

....Well I'm back. I was going to have to leave NL for a few reasons, but I resolved most of them and have more free time. Please don't talk about what they were .

Alright, some clarification is due. Apparently, there is a conflict on whether melee is OP or not. I'm voting yes, so I dumped all of my melee sets. It explains why when Clay was playing, I was at the bottom, but when he left, I rose to the top. Any questions?

Great Games Everyone! Now some of you may see why I stick to my Laser Staff. My other weapons need to be remade, as most are before we started getting serious battles, and upgrading our weapons, etc. Thats a long process for me

@knuckles I just randomly fuse. Works pretty well, as I have no clue how to do it properly. :3

@Prof_Clayton I believe there is a different way for different players, so I just need to build them. The only hard thing is occasionally [read often] my fusion loop doesn't work.

@Prof_Clayton Staves OP? ROFL! Dude, most staves have no homing and the ones that do have slow shots/weak homing. Melee is speedy, and usually oc/dko. Also, Aries has been deemed OP, and Slip Shot is on the virge.

When did I say they had homing? The combo I said is overpowered. And melee isn't OP, it and ranged balance each other out imo. Farther away, ranged becomes stronger, and closer melee becomes stronger. Kid Icarus Uprising is about finding the weapon that perfectly suits the distance between you and your opponent and then using that weapon well. You find a way to counter your weaknesses and develop tactics in order to prevail. For every weapon one believes is over powered there is a weakness in themselves there, and one can only be strenghtened by countering that weapon. While people believe that there is a best staff or palm, that is only true to the extent of their knowledge. A true master acknowledges the strengths in every weapon available and maximizes its potential, and will discover how every weapon can be countered. So all weapons are equal, but the powers and stats equipped will determine how well it performs.
