Finished my Pheonix arm. Wish it wasn't a pheonix arm though, they aren't terribly good. But 6★ Ranged and 6★ melee helps

There are like 3 diferente time zones (sorry if I said it wrong) in México. My real time is PST, but we are on summer saving time, so right now I'm MST... It'll be like this 'til November =S
México City original time zone is MST, but right now it's PST, my original. Yeah, all this sucks =/

Just bought a Cutter Palm, Overall defense +4, Shot range +2, Melee combo +3, Melee dash attack +4 but no stars. I think the stats are really great, just need to fuse it and give it some stars. Is this posible? Did I make a good purchase?
@Sherman It is a complicated process [to me] and I will let @Sonicman or @Ruceyod explain it. I personally think it was a good purchase, but thats just me

@Sherman No stars? It's a very good material for fusion so yes in my opinion.

I actually admit my gender in a post I wrote but as I finish it, the page refreshed itself. I don't know that happen; it's the first time I use the browser on 3DS. I don't feel like writting my post again, it was pretty long.
EDIT: @Sherman I'll explain how you can do loops in fusion once I get on my computer. I don't know how you guys manage on a 3DS, you must have a divine patience.
