I don't know anything about that game but it isn't really anything new. Japan had 3DSWare (or whatever it is) other than Pokedex and Excitebike from day 1. So this isn't really special, just another game in the flow they get and we don't.

It's alright. Don't hold out for a translation, because it's not going to be a massive sales driver. Around 6/10 or whatever, if scores count for anything (roughly using NintendoLife's scoring system)
