Every time I connect my internet, I run a connection test and it’s not working. I would like a list of solutions please. (I’m trying to complete the National Pokédex and can’t do it without trading).
@nayeel Nintendo support doesn't seem to have much for troubleshooting, only how to set up wifi connection. If nothing has changed with your internet service or wifi password, your issue may indicated 3ds hardware failure, which would require repair. If that's the case, I'm sorry to hear.
(**Only a few people here answer tech questions. I don't know how accessible Nintendo Support Australia is at the moment. I'm in the US. I recall someone in AUS got their switch back in about two weeks-ish, back around march/may. Someone in AUS more recently mentioned new covid restrictions have slowed nintendo repair turnaround.)
@nayeel You can plug error codes into the search bar on Nintendo's support page. Most codes can be explained. If you can't find it, then you have to ask Nintendo what it means. They'll tell you. I've done it myself.
Pasting a link below to the page for your code 003-1102. Sometimes Nintendo will have a page specifically for a single error code. Or sometimes they'll have a page that covers a range of codes. In your case, Nintendo has a page that covers a range of codes, which covers your error code.
