Topic: How to Change Nintendo ID on 3DS

Greetings everyone!

I made a Nintendo ID for my New 3DS XL like 8 months ago and stupidly forgot the password; I'm not sure what email account it is linked too either to change it.

So, how do I remove it and make a new one? Do I have to format the 3DS?
