Which is your favourite and least favourite Mario vs Donkey Kong game and why?

Here are the games:

Mario vs Donkey Kong (Game Boy Advance)
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis (DS)
Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! (DS)
Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! (DS)
Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move (3DS)
Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (3DS and Wii U)
Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge (3DS and Wii U)

I like them all (except the first, haven't played that one) they don't feel like separate games, each one feels like an expansion on the next one. Currently trying to hunt down Bowser Jr. amiibo for Mini Mario & Friends, but I have enjoyed them all.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

SuperPaperLuigi

1. Mario Vs Donkey Kong for GBA
2. Mini's on the Move
3. Donkey Kong ("Donkey Kong 95") for original GameBoy

The 2-D Mini's games I just can't really get into, but will persevere (was really fatigued when I played it last and just couldn't seem to get to grips with it).

Minis March Again.

It was the first big, complete, worthwhile experience offered on the DSiWare shop, and the first MvsDK game I played.

My least favorite would be Minis on the Move. It just felt very meh.

In no particular order:
Mini Mario & Friends (it was free and the different abilities really change how you play the game)
Minis on the Move (different gameplay but still very fun)
Mini-Land Mayhem (I felt this game fixed a lot of the issues I had with March of the Minis)

I don't think Donkey Kong 95' is part of the Mario vs Donkey Kong series. http://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_vs.Donkey_Kong(series)

Which plays nothing like any other game in the series (I think, I actually haven't played the first MvDK)

It's not a mini's game but nor is the original Mario Vs Donkey Kong (that one just features minis)...but yeah , more or less the same premise, same move set, same gameplay.

@lighteningbolt79 What about the one on the game boy? That's my favourite.

I just saw the other comments, so in case that doesn't count I choose Mario vs Donkey Kong from the GBA.

The first one was the only good one. The rest became too casual and automated.

I've only played (and beaten) the first one and Minis March Again. I liked Mario vs. DK a lot when I played it for the first time but I don't enjoy it nearly as much now. I haven't beaten it yet on my 3DS (ambassador). I think I've only played about halfway through. Minis March Again was OK I guess... It's so forgettable that I don't even remember how much I liked it. I've downloaded amiibo Challenge but I haven't gotten around to try it out since there are so many other games that I'm sure I'll get more enjoyment out of. Donkey Kong on Game Boy is much better than any Mario vs. DK games.
