I just started playing this super neat game. I'm kind of ignoring all the quests, which maybe I shouldn't, and just wandering around chopping wood. I fell a Great Oak, and instead of dropping an oak log I could put in my bag, it dropped a bag that says "Great Oak Tree" on the ground with a health bar. I managed to get back to town with it, but I don't know how to use it or sell it. I went to a shop where I can sell stuff, but the Great Oak Tree isn't in my bag to select to sell.
Lol, that's a bounty. You need to take it to the bounty clerk at the guild office. You can carry up to 3 at a time. I didn't realize that till about 60 hours in.
Oh and they can be destroyed by you or monsters so be careful. The monsters will seek them out if close enough.
