In a few days i'm going to move to China because my dad got a new job there well anyway I would love to know the fact if I could access the american eShop from there

Depends where you are. Play Asia stocks loads of NTSCU stuff. If you are in the Free Trade zone don't think you would have many problems.

I don't know much about the Great Firewall of China either. (And whether using a US VPN is likely to get you thrown in Jail or not probably depends if you are Chinese or not).
