I am kind of interested because hey, Minecraft on 3DS with guns and giant ants. On the other hand, you use the face buttons A/B/X/Y to move the camera and I'm not sure how well that will work. Is this game worth it, or am I better off waiting for the other clones to show up on the eShop?
i highly doubt this will be any good. if you can get the real minecraft on any other device i would suggest that.
face buttons for camera controls is of course not good. for me it worked for metal gear solid 3D but i dont think it would work with constant first-person view
I have the game. Bought it because I loved Wobbly Tooth's last game and because of it being entirely unlike anything else on 3DS. It is definitely fun, if a bit repetitive. Visuals are pretty much what you'd expect. The music is shockingly good, but sparse. Controlling your view with the face buttons takes some getting used to but I never died because of it or anything. My experience so far has all been in the adventure mode as I haven't even touched the dedicated creative part yet. I have seen shots on miiverse of other folk's creations in the creative mode and it looks to be pretty solid but I obviously won't know for sure until I get around to trying it.

Honestly, I think any sites that review this will tear it apart. Because it is just... weird as all get out. But, that's okay. I love really weird games. That's kinda why I bought it. Do you like weird games? Then I'd say go for it. It will make you laugh out loud, but there are elements of strategy involved when it comes to resource management along with the day/night cycle. The presentation is very good and there are no glitches that I've encountered. Much like with Toy Stunt Bike, you can tell that the folks at Wobbly Tooth had a lot of fun making this game. And all that really matters is fun.

I didn't get review copy but I went ahead and bought this, it looks really fun, I want a minecraft/Dayz or any other kind of survival game on the 3DS, I will tell of my impressions laters!
PS: while I started it has better art work then minecraft!
Enjoying the game a bunch so far, I guess it's like minecraft but it has it's changes, you can find survivors and get stuff from them, even gives you the instructions how to craft stuff you don't already have, the game does have better art/sprites then minecraft, hopefully if enough people buys the game they can improve on it, so far it's only a one player game, but hell it does pass away the time!
A new update is out in Europe and should be out soon in NA hopefully...this and Cube Creator are probably gonna compete with each other hard now since both seem so good...with this update it now became a FPS along with being a minecraft game.
It's great that they started to compete with each other, that means they'll have to keep us happy with updates. I guess this means CC3D will get multiplayer sooner, if they don't want to stay behind the minecraft race.
The new features sound nice, but I still like more how CC3D looks. I dunno, this looks muddy and squashed.
The game is now on sale for $3.99 and today the new update comes out with patches and online multiplayer, thought I would let people know!
The mulitplayer is either local or online friends only, if anyone wants to play with me then just add me and I will add you back.
