I think they are just messing with us by placing Easter Eggs for it everywhere.
I don't know. There's really no reason that they wouldn't release it. They've rereleased pretty much every other LoZ as far as I know.
It'll be released eventually, of course. Ninty loves ports. But honestly, the Nintendo emplyees aren't some masterminds laying down hints and clues as to what they're making.
