Well, one can't say the I-Phone is stronger overall in hardware. Until I see a game like Mario Galaxy on I-phone, then no. Now, the whole download limit thing, that is understandable.
That Epic Games game Infinity Blade looks better then any Wii game I've ever seen. Same with Rage on the IOS.
Course that doesn't mean I don't like the graphics of Mario Galaxy. I love them, just those games prove the superior hardware in the Iphone/Touch.
Anyways... Telltale games won't be one the 3DS unless the file size limit for digital games is decent enough. It it's 20MB again like DSiWare then I doubt Telltale will bother. Also Telltale just ports their games. So IF DSiWare or 3DSWare size limit got increase to say..100MB which should be fine at that resolution, Telltale would just port the game, there wouldn't be any 3D features.
It would be nice if we got an open world Monkey Island game on the 3DS instead of the run of the mill sidescroller type games we've been seeing in the Monkey Island franchise.

You know I looked it up and it seems that Telltale does make the CSI games for the DS. I would guess they would come out with one for the 3DS sooner or later.
