Depends what sub genre of JRPG you are looking for
Traditional JRPG - Shin Megami Tensei IV (I was scared of trying this game since I had heard it being referred to as a dungeon crawler but it really isn't to me, I consider it a traditional jrpg and its awesome) of course pokemon can also be considered a traditional JRPG and Bravely Default Flying fair seems to be as traditional as JRPGs come and has great reviews but may not come to the West for a while
Action JRPG - Kingdom Hearts 3D some people say is average but I think is great
Dungeon Crawler - Etrian Oddissey and pokemon mystery dungeon, haven't played either the first has great reviews while the second has bad ones
Strategy - Fire Emblem Awakening probably the best game on this subgenre right now, Project X Zone, totally different from what you expect from a strategy JRPG but its really fun to play.
