3DSWare would be nice, but I can live without it. A Virtual Handheld is all I want. I would probably buy every GB, GBC, GBA and GG game if they are decent or better. There are just so many games from that era that I want to try.
That's exactly what I'm waiting for as well! It's a feature that's long overdue as far as I'm concerned! Bring on Super Mario Land 2!!!!

If Nintendo plans to make a 3DSWare (Which sounds retarded) then everyone would forget the DSi and it would be a waste of money, wouldn't Nintendo lose their sales if they did such thing?
It doesn't sound challenged to me, especially if Nintendo releases DSiWare in the 3DS Shop. That way DSi owners who don't wish to obtain a 3DS can still download new titles to their handheld!
Going slightly off-topic @SUPERZELDAMAN, I didn't even realise Tingle could sting your eyes with a psychedelic-discotheque-eyecandy-twitchy-rainbow-strobe-magic fairy spell like that! "AHH! MY EYES! CURSE MY PHOTOSENSITIVITY!" Nice job with the avatar though
In any way, Nintendo is really dumb to actually make such thing. Instead of creating something other than an application shop, they should've left it with the 3DS Movie Center and keep the DSiWare stuff for the DSi itself.
Well MaxiMillion it is not for us to call Nintendo dumb as such remarks are very childish and immature.
The 3DSWare Shop is going to be very much like like the WiiShop feature. The Nintendo DSi will last for about two years after the arrival of the Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo plans on keeping the DSi on store shelves for a short range of time and then they will phase it out just as they did the "DS Phat" after the debut of the DS Lite. To be quiet honest, yes, I somewhat share your sentiments regarding the future of the DSi. Nintendo has made it clear that they are not going to transfer your downloaded DSiWare files to your 3DS according to Reggie Fils-Aime and that might be a heartbreak to some.
This is not much of an issue for me as I plan to trade my PSP and DS Lite for the Nintendo 3DS in order to keep and save my DSi as I would it keep so as to play Shantae: Risky's Revenge, BlazyBloo Brawlers Battle Royale and A Kappa's Trail and Mario vs Donkey Kong: March of the Minis.

Seriously, dudes, they already said there was gonna be 3DSWare. And no, they can't be lying because they've already registered it as a trademark. Which seems irreversible.
That's right, and if all the rumours prove true, then there should be enough free space on the 3DS' built-in memory for an entire library of Game Boy series games without the need for memory expansion!
I also hope that Nintendo adds a 'Nintendo DS Legacy' section to the 3DS Shop, allowing purchase and download of older Nintendo DS titles, mostly out-of-print ones like WarioWare: Touched! and Mario Hoops 3-on-3. It could be achieved if the 3DS has some kind of landmark portable hard-drive or extra-spacious solid-state drive. Nintendo could pull it off and leave it reasonably affordable. I'd start to worry if the 3DS got close to costing the Wii's original price though; even if EB are listing the pre-order price as a reasonable $350 AUD doesn't mean that will be the initial launch price!
Note that by 'reasonable' I mean 'as reasonable as a Nintendo product could be for price here in Australia'!
