Did Nintendo seriously screw up the inventory this bad that retailers are still all out of stock and no one can buy a new one unless it's super inflated from all these scalpers? Does Nintendo hate making money?

Haven't been able to find any in Canada either.

A coworker of mine was having issues since he wanted to upgrade from a 2DS to a N3DS XL. He actually lucked out and found a Galaxy Style XL in stock on Gamestop's website.

This has been a problem since sun and moon launched. The Pokémon go effect was more powerful than Nintendo expected I think.
