Topic: 3DS XL has a second circle pad - According to HMV

It looks like HMV believes the 3DS XL has a second circle pad and screens that are 82% bigger with the ability to play for 10 hours in 3D.
Not only that but the 3DS is getting a re-design by the looks of it.

Either someone needs to get better at doing their job or it's photoshopped.

Well, it's obviously Photoshopped, but someone needs firing. The facts are all wrong. It's not just the image - the screens aren't 82% bigger, it obviously doesn't have a second Circle Pad, it has a different stylus (though they've got the placement right), it doesn't have 10 hours of battery life in 3D, and it certainly isn't out in "Vulcano Red" or "Ivory White".

Heads will roll. Iwata-san will see to it... personally.

That doesn't even look like an XL at all- it's a regular 3DS with a second pad on the bottom right- the ghetto way. I'd laugh so hard if this isn't photoshopped by someone and that it's actually at their store.

Apparently I've been taken as a fool, it's not a 3DS XL, it's a revision! Nintendo are totally pulling the wool over our eyes.

In all seriousness though... bloody hell HMV, get your facts straight before you make an ass of yourself, not to mention I now have to clean up this mess because I spat me tea across me flat I did.

Yeah it's been photoshopped, anyways, if they were to add a second circle pad it would be placed on the top right, above the (a b x y) buttons.

Oh wow, it's even worse than the time I saw a Mexican "big name" store announcing they had the new "3DSi" last year.

I bet they asked someone to make a poster about it but this person decided to use some pre-XL announcement mockup he found on the internet instead.

Wherever this store is, burn the poster. That looks so stupid in many ways it's a scam.

I had a look, at the original story, and the text blurb along side it contradicts the 3DS XL image (and annotations).

That makes that even worse! Customers will be going "WTF? Which one is correct?"

HMV, I thought you were awesome but it turns out you can't get your facts straight at all.

Why would it be there? The idea is to have those main buttons being used all the time, if it were below the circle pad I would have to strain my thumb to push each button. But if the circle pad was below I can push it around a lot easier.
