ok so i recived him last night and i didnt get a streetpass in AGES so i thought it would be nice to copy him to the mii plaza but he dosent copy he MOVES so now i dont have any puzzle pieces or him fighting the final battle on find mii..CAN I GET HIM BACK????!
You can send him back to the plaza, just highlight his mii and press y. I doubt you'll be able to get any puzzle pieces though, nor will you be able to pick him for mii quest, that's because you sent him to the mii maker.
What you should have done is get your puzzle pieces, and then use him in Find Mii, before finally moving him to your Mii Maker. I think only Streetpass (not Spotpass) Miis can be copied.

Or not move him to the Mii Maker at all. He's a level 5 Mii in Find Mii you know, and you can use him over and over again.
If you don't play Find Mii then, all you did was lose a puzzle piece (albeit a Streepass one) but no big deal really.
