Well, the only major difference is which Pokemon you get, so here's where you can find which Pokemon are in which game (if you care about that type of thing): http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/exclusives.shtml

OK, I found a chart that lists all the differences: Untitled
Also, the white-colored Pokemon is Reshiram, but you get him if you buy Pokemon Black version. The one you get in Pokemon White version is the black-colored one, Zekrom. You see they alternate with the name of the game and the Pokemon exclusive in the game. Hope this helped!
