Topic: 3DS Eshop pre-paid cards.

I am getting a 3DS soon,and i want to download games at the 3DS Eshop.But i have no creditcard,and i don't want one!
....i have paypal,but i think that's no option on 3DS.I checked the internet,and read about 3DS Eshop pre-paid cards,similar to the Wii-points-cards,but does anybody know when they hit the shops in Europe/US?
