Some of the lucky Americans got to go to this years Games Developers Conference in San Francisco, Nintendo had a little treat for them up to arrival, a glass cabinet holding the forbidden fruit, 1 x Nintendo Revolution alongside controller.

I'm sure all the cameras must of come out all at once and snapped away at this pretty piece of hardware, can anyone say iPod? They had this to say about it:

"Two thins are clear from our closer look at the hardware - it's small and it's gorgeous. It really is an amazingly tiny unit, and Nintendo reps patrolling the area continuously noted that it was still the TGS demo hardware, not the final version. Interestingly enough, one of the reps made note that a few changes have been made to the controller. While he didn't comment if those changes would be seen in tomorrow's keynote, we can only assume the most up-to-date version would be used in such an event. Please note that these changes are very minor, most likely dealing with the nunchuck port or other simple finishing touches."

With a rear view, we can see a power connector, AV out (no idea if it will include component) and a couple of USB ports. Of course, we have no idea what they're going to be used for at this time.

Head on over to IGN.com where they have all 41 images for your pleasure.
